Return & Refund Policy

  • Returns: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items (such as clearance or personalized products) may not be eligible for return.
  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
  • Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Vihemallc@outlook.com with proof (photos/videos).
